10 Questions with Zlata Kozlova, the Former Beauty Queen who has Launched “Zlata London Lingerie.”

Model Zlata Kozlova, a former Miss Europe World second-runner up, has officially launched a lingerie line named Zlata London Lingerie. Get to know her better below.
From international beauty pageants to runways, this beautiful model has taken what she learned on stage to develop a brand of her own: Zlata London Lingerie. We recently sat down with Zlata Kozlova to learn more about her background and her new collection of sleepwear pieces.
- What made you want to start your own lingerie line?
Initially, I had the idea to open a boutique in Lithuania and sell clothes from Italy. Believe it or not, after a few days I had a dream, and in my dream I envisioned many lingerie pieces, and many beautiful models in sleepwear. When I woke up, I called my mom right away to tell her I was no longer opening a boutique, instead I was starting my own brand.
2. What is your inspiration for this collection?
The inspiration was my dream and I truly believe in the power of the universe and it sending me signs.
3. What is your favourite piece of the collection, and why?
That’s a tough question! I love each piece so much and they are all so special to me, because I poured my heart and soul into the collection. But if I had to choose a favorite piece, it would be the satin slip, it looks just like a dress and can be worn out, even. since it was my “first design” and photoshoot, I have very fond memories and I had so much fun with the models!
4. Who is the target buyer of this lingerie line?
I would say a brave, empowered woman. Someone who is not afraid to experiment with her style. She is elegant but also sexy, she creates her own rules.
5. Did you always want to be a designer?
No, I was happy modeling until I had that very vivid dream of my vision for Zlata London Lingerie.
6. How was your experience in Miss Europe World?
Miss Europe World was an amazing experience for me because I met a lot of new people, but most importantly, it enabled me to build a stronger confidence in myself. It was thanks to this pageant that I realized that the fashion and beauty industry is my thing.
7. Has living in London influenced your personal style?
Of course! London, Paris, and Milan are the fashion capitals of the world. Living in London has shown me a new-found freedom to explore with styles, colours and different designers. I feel like London is the city where you can break all the rules and create something outside of the norm. A perfect example of that is my sleepwear line, you can wear it as an outerwear outfit, and also as nightwear. It’s very dynamic!
8. What is your vision for the lingerie line in the next 5 years?
I have a very clear vision for the future of the line, but I don’t want to jinx it in these early stages, so I’ll keep it a secret for now, and ask you to stay tuned for all of the exciting things that are coming. I promise you’ll love it!
9. Will you continue to model?
I plan on modeling still, while I enjoy it. I’m in the perfect city for it, London has so many possibilities and I’ve received some amazing modeling proposals after my participation in Miss Europe World. I’m very grateful for that, and I believe there are plenty of new fields to try and experience.
10. What are your goals?
I have lots of goals and dreams for the future. I want to further develop the brand and see how far I can go with it. I will continue modeling, but I am also open to acting. On a more personal note, I would love to eventually start a big family.
